Join us for an all-new Spritz tasting event out on the Bayview deck! Enjoy the brightly lit ambience, gorgeous scenery, and good company while Lilli shares her favorite Spritz cocktails. You’ll learn about the products that go into them and receive recipes for both the cocktails and the food! Paula and Leanne match the drinks with an irresistible menu:
- Berries and Brut Spritz (Chambéryzette Strawberry Aperitif, dry sparkling wine, lemon twist garnish) – Strawberry and Brie Tarts
- The Bianco Limonata Spritz (Cocchi Americano Bianco, sparkling wine, San Pellegrino Limonata, lemon wheel-thyme sprig garnish) – Smoked Salmon and Feta Frittata
- La Contessa Spritz (Lambrusco, Cappelletti Aperitivo, sparkling water) – Cantaloupe Gazpacho with Crispy Prosciutto
- Negroni Sbagliato (Aperitivo Cappelletti, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino ‘Storico’, sparkling wine,orange peel garnish) – Goat Cheese-Preserved Lemon Spread Crostini
- Sbagliato Rosa (Aperitivo Mazzura, Cocchi Americano Rosa, sparkling rosé, orange and grapefruit peel garnish) –Torshi Bean Salad with Olives
