Join us for an all-new Aperitivo evening out on the Bayview deck! Enjoy the brightly lit ambience, gorgeous scenery, and good company as you experience what it might be like to attend an Aperitivo in Italy! Antonio will be on hand to tell you all about the amazing wines you’ll be tasting, and Cortney and Leanne will pair them with summer-inspired dishes including:
- Nerello Mascalese Spumante – Torn Olives with Almonds, Celery, and Parmesan in Parmesan Cups
- Monte Tondo Garganega Frizzante – Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese Fritters
- Giocato Pinot Grigio – Ceviche with Tortilla Chips
- Chilled Papa Roc Cotes de Gascogne Red – Marinated Steak Skewers with BBQ Sauce
- Antonio Sangineti Morellino di Scansano – Pizza Oven Prosciutto and Provolone Pizza with Red Sauce
