Join Terry Vanderpham for an interactive, hands-on class where you’ll learn to make authentic Vietnamese spring rolls. Terry’s passion for sharing culture through food shines through – her culinary roots run deep, inspired by her mother, who opened one of Seattle’s first Vietnamese restaurants and instilled in Terry a love for cooking and community. In this class, you will discover the techniques behind rolling perfect spring rolls and create three delicious varieties: Traditional Pork and Shrimp with a Hoisin-Peanut SauceLemongrass Tofu, and Jicama, Carrot, Egg, and Chinese Sausage. Terry will guide you step by step, helping you master each filling and sauce, so you leave confident in your spring roll skills and ready to share these vibrant flavors at home.

Refund Policy: If BSC cancels a class for any reason you’ll be contacted by phone and receive a full refund. If you must cancel a class, please notify us at least four days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations of less than four days will be given 50% credit toward another class. No credit given without pre-cancellation. However, a prepaid reservation is transferable to another attendee.
