About This Class

Immerse yourself in a hands-on culinary experience with Chef John as he guides you through the art of making Fresh Corn Cappelletti, featuring a delicious filling of fresh corn and creamy mascarpone. In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to create sourdough pasta using a fermented dough starter, then fill and shape your own cappelletti to take home. Chef John will provide pre-rolled pasta sheets, allowing you to focus on perfecting your technique, and you’ll also get to taste the finished dish in class. The menu is rounded out with a classic Caprese Salad and a luscious Italian Budino for dessert. Perfect for anyone interested in expanding their pasta-making skills and enjoying a memorable evening!

Refund Policy: If BSC cancels a class for any reason you’ll be contacted by phone and receive a full refund. If you must cancel a class, please notify us at least four days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations of less than four days will be given 50% credit toward another class. No credit given without pre-cancellation. However, a prepaid reservation is transferable to another attendee.
