As we prepare for the holiday season, everything we make will be “wrapped”! Fresh tortilla dough will be measured, mixed, portioned, flattened, and cooked until golden brown. Next, we’ll crack and whisk eggs for fluffy breakfast burritos with toppings such as tomatoes, bacon, cheese, peppers, and avocado. For fruit “sushi,” fresh fruit is arranged on sweetened rice, rolled up, and served with a dipping sauce. We’ll also bake festive pinwheel cookies.
