Out on the deck, you’ll learn to make The Ultimate Smash Cheeseburger, complete with the iconic crispy, caramelized crust on the meat, the Oklahoma Onion Burger, which features thinly sliced onions pressed directly into the meat patty as it cooks and a steamed bun, The Green Chile Cheeseburger, utilizing roasted Hatch peppers if they’re available, and Shrimp Burgers, a riff on the classic New Orleans po’boy.
